Managed routes help - access LAN resources remotely

I have zerotier running on my phone and on my router, they are both connected in the zerotier dashboard. Both online.

I’m confused about how I share access to LAN resources example 192.168.20.4 to my phone(outside my LAN).

Do i need to make a managed route? Do i need to follow this guide? https://zerotier.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SD/pages/224395274/Route+between+ZeroTier+and+Physical+Networks

My router uses open-wrt(Brume mv1000 by Glinet) so I’m not sure this guide works. Not sure I need to do the iptables?

My managed ip’s are 192.168.192.XX

What do I need to put into the managed routes to share my LAN resource 192.168.20.4 to my zero tier clients?

Thanks
