My friends cant see my host in the game

My two friends and I trying to play torchlight 2 LAN through the Zero tier. The thing my first friend can create a host through his machine. We can also join it. But when he was not available my other friend and I tried to create a host but it didn’t show on the LAN. We both tried to create but it didn’t work.
If anyone has any idea what happening in here please help me to fix it.
