Network unaccessible with Zerotier exited

I tested Zerotier in a Intel Xeon Gold Windows Server 2019 Standard, it worked properly.Then I exited Zerotier, after some days some users were not able to access the server with normal public IP via RDP, SQL Server, PING. After rebooting router sometimes the problem was solved, sometimes not. Even some enterprise LAN had the same problem. I disabled ZeroTier firewall rules without success. I uninstall ZeroTier app and then the problem was solved. Can somebody help me? Thanks

thanks for writing. That’s not expected.

If you exited the tray app, that does not turn off zerotier. It’s a system service. Uninstalling would turn it off.
