Nortmal http or websocket connections fine, but SSH unreliable - why?

Hi there, my team’s project relies heavily on SSH. We have scripts that regularly ssh into various machines over our ZT network.

The problem we are finding is SSH doesn’t work reliably for these automations. While normal http or websocket connections to these machines seems very reliable, SSH scripts can fail as much as half the time.

We need to know if there’s any additional context we’re missing that could help us find a workable resolution or next step. Does anyone have any insight into what could be going on with SSH over ZT being unreliable.
