We are currently not able to access our devices. We paid up recently for a pro plan, and now the Essential upgrade won’t work and our devices are unavailable. I can’t even find a support or ticket interface here. What is going on?

Looks like things are on track - though I suppose I can still expect a big price hike some time soon.
