Pi Node: Open TCP Ports Setup

Hi Guys,

I am new to Zerotier. I dont have much Idea on how to use this.

I need to open ports 31400-31409. It would be helpful if someone give a step by step process. If possible some explanations so it would be easier for all the people who might come and visit this topic later.

I opened ports on windows firewall but my Router doesnt support port forwarding. So need help here.
