Problem Installing ZeroTier on NAS

After installing the ZeroTier package on my Western Digital NAS,

I was able to join the network I created. However,

when checking the status, it always shows as offline and I cannot find the device in the member list of the network.

Please let me know how to solve this.

Add info:

NAS: Western Digital NAS MyCloudEX2Ultra

MyCloud version: 5.26.202

ZeroTier package version: MyCloudEX2Ultra_zerotier_1.8.4.bin
