Quickbooks Thinks the Zerotier Adapter is the Primary Network Adapter

This query talks about Quickbooks but the problem is related to network adapter priority.

I have a terminal server (RDS) in which to allow a few employees to work remote from home. I have ZT installed and have already changed the Interface Metric to “30” and the primary adapter as “1”.

Very often when an end user in the local network “10.x.x.x” open Quickbooks the Quickbooks server sets the IP in its DB Manager as the ZT adapter address.

If I disable the ZT adapter before opening Quickbooks, the DB Manager sets it to the correct local IP “10.x.x.x”.

This indicates to me that Windows Server is forcing to set the ZT as the primary adapter although I’ve set it as priority “30”.

Any suggestions? TIA
