RDP while at the office with zerotier installed

Hi,

I have a server that has 2 IPs

LAN IP [192.168.50.10]

and zerotier IP [10.10.50.91]

I use zerotier to give access to my remote users to the server via RDP. However, whenever they are at the office and on the same LAN if they try to remote in using [10.10.50.91] they will get “internal error has occurred” and they are only able remote in using the server LAN IP [192.168.50.10] . I can still ping [10.10.50.91]

any idea why?
