Remote scanner over IP or RSOIP

Good afternoon,

I’m trying to run a program called ProScan. It has a feature that allows me to control my scanner remotely using an ip address. HOWEVER, using ZT, I’m unable to access using the ip address on “canyouseeme.org.” Anyone have any idea how to get this going?
