REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION on Linux & home wifi, but OK on mobile hotspot

Hi, zerotier is in REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION state forever on Linux when connected to home wifi but OK on Windows.

I have tested on two laptops. When on home wifi

  • Windows 10, Windows 8 - OK
  • Arch Linux - in REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION

However when I’m connected through hotspot from my mobile then Linux joins network in just a couple of seconds.

I’ve also tested on Windows + VirtualBox with Arch Linux and Ubuntu images and I see exactly same behavior (REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION on home wifi, OK on mobile hotspot).

Could this be router configuration or something on ISP provider side (but still - works nicely on Windows…)?

I have tried few solutions from forum but none fixed it.
