Route between ZeroTier and Physical, Help finding "IP Address of "Router"

Hi All,
In document, Route between ZeroTier and Physical Networks.
Required information table.
From given example:
ZeroTier subnet, 172.27.0.0/16
ZeroTier IP Address of “Router”, 172.27.0.1, $ZT_ADDR.
Therefore is it correct to assume that if my:
ZeroTier subnet is 10.10.0.0/16
then my ZeroTier Router Address would be 10.10.0.1
OR
is it the ZeroTier Managed IP of the local machine, I’m trying to route through to my home network, Ex: 10.10.0.243
OR
is it some other fixed IP address?

“IP address of Router” is the ZeroTier assigned IP address of the machine you want to act as the router.
