Router port forwarding is empty

After setting up a Network in ZeroTier and connecting both my host PC and my smartphone client to it (using cellular data instead of the home network), the port-forwarding list in my home router is still empty, and canyouseeme.org gives the following error when I test port 47984 on either the host or the client:

Error: I could not see your service on 162.245.88.69 on port (47984 )
Reason: No route to host

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. ZeroTier says everything is working properly in the UIs.

I remember seeing a checkbox for allowing cellular data networks to connect, but I don’t remember whether that was ZeroTier or my hosting software, and I can’t find it anymore.
