Several conection issues last 3 weeks

Starting May 11th I’ve had several connection issues and tried many things to resolve them so I may have made my problems worse, I might need to just start over with a new network, I’ve been using zero tier for a year or so now, to access a couple of blue iris servers and about six months ago I added a micro tech router so I could access a couple of cameras remotely from a server located somewhere else, everything’s been working fine, then one day I couldn’t access those remote cameras behind the mikro tik router, additionally I noticed I couldn’t access either server remotely from Android or browser UI, I also couldn’t ping most of my devices. One server is behind a AT&T fiber connection, another server is behind a Tmobile broadband Internet connection, and the remote cameras are behind the mikro tik router which is behind a Tmobile broadband connection, one of the blueiris servers became accessible again just after a reboot, however it’s gone again and the reboot not helping, another server I was able to get accessible again by turning off Norton firewall, it however is gone again and can’t get it back, and the cameras behind the micro tech router running zero tier I have not been able to get back at all, can’t even access the mikrotik router or ping it. All devices show to be online in my control panel, have rebooted everything multiple times of course, I have uninstalled and reinstalled zero tier client on most of the devices to no avail unauthorized, reauthorized, etc, was not using IPV 6 when this started but it hasn’t helped either. Is it OK to paste my dump file below? or do i attach as a txt
