Stuck on "REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION" after connected to OpenVPN

Hi,

I’m on MacOS Monterey, and ZeroTier One 1.8.10.
If I connect to ZeroTier network first, then OpenVPN - my ZeroTier network status is OK. On ZeroTier web page, I could also see my device ONLINE. However, I couldn’t ping/connect to any peer.
If I connect to OpenVPN first, then ZeroTier, its status will be REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION. Web will say that my device is OFFLINE, and, obviously, no network connection.

When connected to OpenVPN, my Mac’s default route is via that OpenVPN GW.

I couldn’t find any guide on setting this up. Are there any routes I can add to have my laptop connected to ZeroTier?
