Stumped after asking a few questions and a lot of reading

My first router that supplies the house and gets the internet is 192.168.4.1 network.

I have a 2nd router for my stuff that is a GTi AX3000 that has Zerotier built in and that network is 192.168.8.1.

both are located same site. How do I get the Ip addresses on 192.168.0. to talk to the 192.168.4.1
