Synology Nas not visible

I have a zerotier LAN with Windows PC and Synology NAS (DSM 7) with Docker.
All PCs are visible and connected; only the nas is often not visible even if it is online on the dashboard.
Unable to ping.
But on the listpeers there is.

I think it may be due to some docker configuration.
Docker network driver is “host” - is that correct?
Some idea?
I’m going crazy…
