Transferring Networks to company problem

So, I changed my email address from Google to another provider some time back. However, it seems the organization owner is still the Gmail Address. I cannot see the networks if I login with the gmail address.

The issue is, if I click the invite from my company network admin, so I can transfer the networks to their account nothing happens. The networks just stay with me.

In Summary:

  1. My account was originally based on Gmail emai
  2. Changed email to other ISP
  3. Now company wants to own my networks under a different account but networks wont transfer.

How do I go about resolving this?
