Just a naïve question.
I am using Zerotier to build a private network of computers and IoT devices (camera, sensors, esp32, …). Zerotier is installed on all computers (Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi, Android) in severall locations and Cloud. Everything is running perfectly.
The IoT devices are integrated in the private network via Ubiquiti routers (USG, UDM Pro) using thIs documentation. I have added managed routes via the local router in the Zerotier dashboard. All my local networks have differents sub-network private adresses.
Everything is working perfectly.
So, I don’t understand why a link is provided with additionnal complicated configuration options here
