Unable to login into ZeroTier portal

I was able to log in to my paid ZeroTier account and add numerous machines in the past. However, for the past two months or so, whenever I attempt to log in to the portal, it just keeps loading/spinning the wheel for hours.

Is there any specific reason for that? Is it possible to fix it?

This may be a backend issue that only ZT can fix, but here’s a couple things you can try:

  1. Trying logging in from a private tab in your browser. This should ensure that any cookie won’t impact the session.
  2. If “1” doesn’t work, try from a phone or different computer and see if the issue is still present.

If that doesn’t fix it, you’ll probably want to put in a support ticket with ZeroTier so they can look into it.
