Despite entering the Onecode provided, it didn’t grant access. Subsequently, I am prompted to naame the name of a device (Not clear) – a detail I hadn’t documented – which I needed to guess. Regrettably, my account remains inaccessible. As a result, I had to create an additional account in order to share this problem on the support forum.
