Using zerotier to port forward via a different device

I am trying to host a minecraft server for a few friends from my home server. I dont want to / cannot directly port forward from my router at home. I have connected a cloud VPS and my home server to Zerotier, however i am unsure how to route the minecraft server traffic out of my home server, through zerotier, into the cloud server, and then out of the cloud server, allowing connections via the cloud servers ip. Any help would be appreciated

Having been down this path with my kid & his friends already, rather than worrying about port forwarding, there are Minecraft Proxy Servers out there, Velocity being one. You can put the proxy server up on your VPS, and then point it at the server/port in your house on it’s ZeroTier assigned IP address.
