Windows Client zerotier-cli status returns 200 info <myid> OFFLINE

I start by trying to join a known network where I’ve authorized my client’s id. Zerotier-cli join <16-char-networkid>

That returns: 500 join {}

querying status with zerotier-cli status, returns: 200 info 1.10.2 OFFLINE. I would expect ONLINE had the join command worked as expected.

Firewall settings have UDP port 9993 allowed inbound and outbound.

How else can I troubleshoot not being able to join a known network where my id has already been authorized?
