Hi guys, one of my windows clients when I try to get my “zerotier-cli status” is set as OFFLINE. I’m under a custom moon and also when I do the listpeers operation, this moon (vps server) shows as MOON but the IP doesn’t appear. Anyone can help me?
When I enable the firewall windows rule cancelling all traffic to PLANETS my status goes OFFLINE on my clients, and I can’t connect with my other client although I have my moon server. The clients know there is a moon but they don’t detect its IP address. That is the problem, because they can’t go ONLINE if they don’t know where the MOON is…
You should double check your MOON’s firewall settings for UDP INBOUND PORT is opened and accessed from Internet.
