Zerotier GUI will not run - Windows 10

I turned off Windows Firewall.

I installed Zerotier one using the MSI installer. Task manager shows that both
zerotier-one_x64.exe AND zerotier_desktop_ui.exe
are running, but nothing I do will bring up any GUI.

What should I be doing.

Having the same issue here. When I run the “zerotier_desktop_ui” application, the ZeroTier icon appears in the right of my task bar, but when I click it, only two things pop up in the menu: “Waiting for ZeroTier system service…” (which is greyed out), and “Quit ZeroTier UI”
Literally nothing else pops up, even after minutes of waiting.
