The machine I am trying to communicate with has a public IP.
Pinging the public IP directly has no issue. However, pinging the zerotier address results in lots of packet loss.
I have also tried udpping (GitHub - wangyu-/UDPping: ping with UDP packets 🛠). There is no packet loss as well.
How can I track down the issue?
