ZT iPhone app keeps locking us out

My partner and I have been using the iPhone ZT app for many months without major issue, but in the last few weeks I’ve been unable to stay connected to the ZT network. Whenever I try to connect it doesn’t go through. It’ll work after a few hours but then lock me out again.

My partner has the same setup and is able to log in our network just fine most of the time. I’m able to log into my dashboard and everything looks fine as far as I can tell. It does show my phone hasn’t been connected for 12 hours which is the problem.

As I’m debugging the issue while typing this out, I happened to toggle on a VPN toggle in my iPhone settings menu, this actually connected me to ZT for a few seconds before getting kicked out again. Weird since I never registered ZT as a VPN in my phone. Could some setting in my iPhone be screwing with my tunnel?

I have an iPhone 13 OS version 17.5.1

This is a serious issue. I randomly can’t access my cameras. I’ve looked all around with no luck. Since all the help forums have been useless I’ll me dumping ZT in favor of a VPN due to this unacceptable bug
