Port forwarding from VPS to home PC

Hi,
My zerotier Network has 2 Linux machines. One is a VPS Debian with a public IP address, the other is a home PC Ubuntu running a server. The point is that my home PC is not reachable through my ISP Starlink for some reason while bypassing the Starlink router with a tier router does not solve the issue.
So is there a way to NAT from my VPS Debian to PC through zerotier network ? Assuming i can bind my PC server to its zerotier IP address. Would that cause double NAT ?

Looks like the issue is the same as here, but no usable answer was found
