Attempts to upgrade to from 1.10.2 to 1.10.3 on M1 MacBook Air running Ventura 13.2.1 fails with “The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.”
I have tried multiple downloads of the PKG file, rebooting, and uninstalling the old version. Always get the same error. This is only happening on this one machine. It installed correctly on another M1 MacBook Air.

If I move the installer out of the Downloads directory before running the install, the installer completes without an error, but the application does not run correctly. The UI always reports it is waiting for ZeroTier system service.
Any suggestions for how to proceed, other than wipe and reinstall the entire machine?
