Today, the ZT client on my Mac did not have any connectivity.
After analysing the problem, it appears that:
- zerotier-cli info returns a status of offline
- zt gui shows a status of connected
- the zt-dashboard (my.zerotier.com) shows the peer is offline
- pinging another host on the network does not work
As a remedy, I killed the process “zerotier-one” using sudo kill . After this zt was restarted and now works as expected.
This incident is possibly related to the fact that I moved my Mac from one wlan to another (lid close, lid open in another location) and zt not noticing this change?
